I played in the daily .10 tment about a month ago and had 3 pros playing in it. I heard huck seed on Poker After Dark making a bet that he could play freerolls and win $, and then use that $ to build up to a certain amount. That couldve been what he was doing

I was lucky enough to play with Humberto (the Chark) at a $5 SNG on PokerStars. the amount of railers was ridiculous.

I have played with paul sexton and matt sexton in the play chip games and the chat is ridiculous.

Apart from prop bets (I recall Huck talking about starting from scratch on PAD as well), I wonder if the pros occasionally enter freerolls or cheap tourneys (e.g., 10 cent tourney that PuffinNugs420 mentioned) so they would be able to play against varying competition?

I could be way off the mark, but when you play in lower stakes, I think that the playing style would vary moreso than in the higher stakes because there will be a mix of knowledgeable and less knowledgeable players. So in order to get used to the playing styles of amateurs, I wonder if pros take part in some freerolls and cheap tourneys from time to time. I feel like I'm not making too much sense here. What do you guys think?

Often times you see the pro signed up for the freerolls but are usually sitting out, I have played with a couple in some of the $1 tournies as well.Who cares what the stakes are just cool to see that your able to play with a pro.

yeah well negreanu was playing a 15$ buy in tournament sometime ago on a private tourney at pokerstars.He got invited by his fellow romanians and he accepted and there he was kidpoker on 15$ buy in tourn.Big deal.

They have pros from time to time on freerolls.Lee Watkinson use to play in them all the time.He would play in the late night ones.I never seen him cash though.It would be nice if they had some kind of bounty on them even if it is a freeroll.Just give the player who knocks them out a few player points anyway.

I noramlly play in the razz $100 freeroll but for some reason or another i didn't I was upset cause I too want the chance to play a pro the simple fact of knowing you are at the same table is nice, it's not like there stealing or cheating by joing a freeroll it is free to everyone in the US
