| I always played with people I already from unpoker related activities. And sometimes these friends that knew I played would invite me to games that they new about. I guess I always just kind of ended up places where people were playing poker then kept going back. I would say just ask around to people you know. |

| Personally, I would never play in a home game I found out about online. If I have friends who play in one or will at least vouch for the legitimacy of the game I'd do it, but you're willing to go into someone else's house not knowing first off if they are colluding against you, there is any cheating, and secondly how do you know they aren't just going to pull a gun and rob you? Sorry too much can go wrong. If I meet someone first and trust them I'll play with them, but other than that I'd stick to online or casino poker. Fortunately I have friends who play, but if I didn't I don't like the idea of using the internet to find a "home" game. |

There's tons of home and cash games that get set up around the pub games I deal. |
