Hey guys

Did u guys see that horrible bad beat that guy gave Sean Deeb
at the World series of Poker main event!!
the interview he said the guy had a blocker but i dont understand
what he means about that?

How could u use that kind of info to your advantage?
AND HOW CAN GENERAL COMMON SENSE HELP U READ PEOPLE??
WHAT OTHER INFO IS OUT THERE WE CAN USE TO PUT PEOPLE ON THERE HANDS

Blocker means that he had one of the cards that his opponent needed to win so there's less of a chance his opponent could actually have the same card. Other information includes reads, bet sizing, and when they bet or how they react to your bet(call/raise etc)

He had A6o so he has a blocker (A) to Deeb's stacking off range (cuts down his possible combos of AA to 3 instead of 6, for example).

Not so sure about general common sense. Need to develop poker common sense which will become clearer after tens of thousands of hands and study of poker theory.
