I think that learning to trust yourself is the most important thing you can do, which I also have yet to do. Also if youve just been on a rush in the last few hands and are starting to get call/raise happy and you think that "maybe this hand might win also" take a second and think to yourself "If I were in a normal state of mind, would I make this play?"

This is a problem I see a lot of players having in the end you must use your own sense to decide the amount of hands you are playing and if and when to fold them at any given time and some good advice in the comments too lol you cant win if you dont bet but you cant lose either inti

You will learn to trust yourself, always try and figure out what your opp has. At showdown if your right (over time) you will be confident in your reads. Youll be amazed at the hands youll lay down because you know you are beat. Even i sometimes go against my read, at showdown, i find out my read was right, which reinserts my confidence for the next 2000 hands-untill i start to doubt my reads again.
