Are Prepaid Visa's the best deposit method right now?

I was just wondering if the prepaid visa's are the best deposit methods right now? The two sites I was considering depositing on are Pokerstars and Full Tilt? If they are, exactly which visa's work and which one's don't? Any help is appreciated

they would probably just mail you a check if you deposited with a prepaid visa.
