Online Poker League

It's been about 4 or 5 years since I've played an online poker league. Recently, I've gotten an urge to play in one again, so I've been doing a little googling and was hoping you guys at Cardschat could recommend one to me.

I'd like to thank kcanuck and grafkarow for sending me the link to the Cardschat Poker League, found here - http://www.cardschat.com/f39/cardsch...ession-184581/ (http://www.cardschat.com/f39/cardschat-league-structure-rules-fall-session-184581/). It looks pretty cool, but seeing as I'm pretty new here, I'm not sure if someone would want to recruit me.

Also, when does the winter league here at Cardschat start? I'll probably join that one as well.

Thanks for your interest in the league here. Everyobody who signs up each session before the cut-off is chosen for a team. The teams are formed by a draft with the league captains.

This session will end in December and a new one will begin in early January. Sign-ups for that session will probably start in mid to late December.

I can confirm this. I returned to CC back in August after a 2 year layoff and decided that I wanted to join the CC League in September. I was placed on the list during enrollment, paid my $5 by transferring money to Dakota-XX, and was selected by Dakota-XX team (Dakota's Dark Side) It is a great way to meet some of the members of this community and participate in a pretty darn competitive SNG every week to boot. I've had no regrets about joining; in fact, I feel like my play has improved because I joined.

I am very interested to play in a league also, but I don't know if there are any that run on Sunday, I work 6 days a week, but that is the one day I usually have off. I never played in one before, but I like idea of a points system.
