I have read a lot (most?) of them.

Here is the original library thread. So many good books have come out lately that I just can't keep up . But I will read them sooner rather than later. That means I'll get even better, and that's a good thing .

I can't help it if they publish them faster than is reasonable, but I'm doing my best ...

True, and there is and has been a movement afoot to make all books/literature digital. But I don't think it will ever happen (at least not in my lifetime), as the physical "book" has aesthetic qualities that a screen can never have.

Also, until they come up with an easy system where you can underline and annotate your digital version it will never have the same value as a physical copy where you can underline and make marginalia.

I'll admit that I was an English Lit major and have a bias toward books in general, however...

I will note that every inch of wall space that wasn't covered in books was covered in Shakespeare in the Park posters, and that the ladies liked that, for what it's worth ...

Not to mention you're ripping the authors off by downloading an illegal copy of it. Not to say I haven't downloaded books myself, but I agree with AG that having a hard copy is just soo much better.

I stare at my PC monitor for too long every day as it is

lol at that. Meanwhile back in the real world, I live in a 3rd world country where everything is pirate, and I prefer to keep the paper in my pocket!

This is why AG is a great player!!! Wisdom is a must when you play poker but you must also have the natural ability of picking up on tells. That is the only thing a book will never teach you. They only tell you what to look for nobody can give you the pure skill of reading your opponent. Awsome Library AG...

I was dealing in a bar league for a bit, but that's over now. I did just get hired by our local casino to deal blackjack, and am hoping I can move to the poker room asap. But right now, no, no job.
