According to some forums, Firepay was expected to. I actually pulled my money out of there no more than 2 days ago in anticipation. Neteller isn't expected to pull out, as far as I know.

Can we expect more of the undecided poker sites and payment companies to ditch the US once Bush gives this the go ahead?
Perhaps even some of the sites saying they are going nowhere will jump too.

SUBJECT: New FirePay policy for US account holders

On September 30, 2006, the United States Congress passed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006.

Once President Bush approves the Act. FirePay (www.firepay.com) will no longer allow US consumer payments for online gambling merchants.

Beginning the day President Bush signs the Act, FirePay will decline any purchase transactions from US FirePay account holders at any gambling merchant site.
Ten days after President Bush signs the Act, FirePay will decline any transfer attempt made by any online gambling merchant to a US FirePay account.

All US FirePay accounts holders will continue to be able to make purchases and receive payments from non-gambling, online merchants, as well as “Deposit From” and “Withdraw To” their US bank account.

i used firepay that is how i deposited at titan and cd so i had to withdraw using firepay as soon as my withdrawl is complete i am going with netteller they do say they are going to let the us customers keep depositing on online poker rooms just deposited at poker.com got 100%bonus and redeposited at fulltilt got 50% using netteller bush is a dictator
