As some of you may be aware, Australia is currently trialling an internet filtering system. One of the things it's trying to block is online poker. Nick started a thread on it a few months back if you wanna catch up on the story:

Now there's an organised campaign against the filter, including a fundraising effort to get ads on TV and (even more importantly, I think) on TV screens in Canberra-bound Qantas flights during the next session of Parliament.
Check out the ad at https://www.getup.org.au/campaign/SaveTheNet&id=684. The ad is actually pretty clever, and they're accepting donations on the same page to put the ad on air if you're so inclined. They were pushing the $39K mark when I posted this.
