| Why PokerStars support is #1; Requesting old hand histories My hard drive crashed last month and I lost all my hand histories. No big deal since I'm not a heavy grinder and the player pool changed after April 15, but I had heard that PokerStars will send you more than just your last 100 hands if you request it. 10 minutes after emailing a request I got this email: Thank you for your email. And then a couple minutes later I started receiving a series of emails from support with links to compressed files adding up to 2 years of my hand histories. |

| Fulltilt sent me an email (quite awhile ago, Jan18/2010) saying I was chosen to participate in a Beta test of their new HandHistory Request tool. I could request any & all games HH's I'd ever played on the site. So I had my first few tournaments sent to me. Was fun playin' them back thru Popopop Replayer. Pretty sure this feature/tool was available to all eventually? I think it was far better than Stars HH... sigh |
