What was your best poker win?

It dont have to be your biggest payout or anything just something you accomplished at the time and thought it was your best accomplishment. i have 3

1. i was 19 i had like 100 bucks, 30 in my poker account on doylesroom, i was supposed to go to the beach in 5 days. Got in an 8 dollar tourney with 290 people at 11:30 pm, finished 3rd for 240.00...next day cashed out 200. played in again that night. 293 people finished 3rd again, for close to the same. next day cashed out 200 more. i think if i wernt under those circumstances of the money need so bad i could have won but when i got to the final table i wasnt playing to win really i was just playing to get down in the money far as possible both nights. so i ended up at the beach partying for a week on poker money it was great.

2. about 3 months after the one above. got in a 2 dollar on party poker at 9:30 at night with 1684 people in it. figured i'd get a couple hours in b4 i went to bed. had to leave for work the next morning at 5:00 am. finally at 3:45 am it was over i won it for 657 bucks. i payed for it the next day at work but i was happy even tho, nobody from work believed me.

3. about a month ago. i had been on a run of tough beats for awhile and taken a couple weeks off. decided had to start back sumwhere so i started reading SS2 b4 the weekend when i was suppose to go play with some people i worked with in the past. read ss2 all week played in there lil game 25 dollar buy in 17 people won it. then watched nfl all sunday. sunday night got in a 10 dollar 6 handed with 163 people won it.

i thought those were pretty cool and i know almost everyone has stories like that figured it would be cool to hear them

I did a deposit on paradise poker on 100usd, and I palyed one tournament 30usd buy in, and i won that on 4700 usd, so I cashed out directly, 4770usd, I dident play any cashgame or nothing only the 30 usd tournament,

I was playing at Pacific Poker a couple of years ago... deosited $20 US and in 4 hours after moving up to higher limit tables I cashed out $1,460 US. It was a day I'll never forget because it payed for me and my two kids trip during spring break to Disney World!

1. Got down to the final table of the CC Full Tilt freeroll. This was when it was a 900 player tourney, and had the $350 prize pool. I placed 3rd for around $40 I think

2. Later that night in a $2 rebuy, I finished 5th in that out of like 300 or so,dont remember for how much though

3.I won a $100 HORSE freeroll on Tilt. 2,400 people entered, I was in the top 50 for over 5 hours, only leaving it once or twice. By far the best game of poker I ever played in my life

4. Final table of a 10FPP $500 turbo. Finished 6th, forget how much I won

5. 3 time winner of a live freeroll game I play in the poker league I am a member of. Each win was for $50, and each time there were over 20 players. I have also final tabled this tourney about 10 times and got heads up 2 more times

These are my best, still craving more and better ones though. I want that big score in an MTT at least 1 time this year

A tournament. I think the buy-in was 3.30 or so. I placed second and won $76.

Thats my highest place finished and also my largest single cash.

5.50 buy in ......603$ FT no rebuy no KO, last year about march 7th

Best win was today, being part of the XX factor and winning the CC Team Event Challenge.

My favourite so far has been winning a live four-table tournament for about $200 - with T2 off, drunk off my face. Twas awesome

mine was sitting down in a live cash game with 20 bucks in front of me, and leaving with 242 god i was on such a heater that night....

I had 9-9..then I get 9 6 and 10 on the flop - raise - the other guy goes all-in..I call..and it was the final table..heads up...The guy had a pocket pair of sixes..

My best Win was 490$ in a 5.50$ Buy-In Tournament on PokerStars.
I have finished at 4th Place.
I don't play Cash Games, i am only playing Tournaments.

2nd place for $1206 on Absolute for their 12k? Guaranteed

36th place for $900 in the $200k Guaranteed $216 buyin

6th place for $550 or so in a 16k Guaranteed KO tournament on Full Tilt


I'm taking one of those bad boy on FT in the near future, I've hit the top 20 three times recently in all $26 buy in big prize pool tourneys on FT lately. Just need to get everything together late game .

Won a $200+15 ticket for WSOP final on Players Only tonight. Prolly close as i'll ever be to the big one.

Yesterday I won three dollars at UltimateBet. That might not sound like much, but it involved coming in seventh out of about five thousand people.

Recently I sucked out a $380 pot. I flopped trips from the small blind. The BB flopped a Full House. I bet out. He went all-in. I called and turned quads. I expected alot of grief from the guy, and maybe some comments about how on-line poker is rigged, but the guy just said nh and reloaded. Very classy IMO. I wouldn't say that was my proudest poker moment, but it did stuck in my mind.

3k is the most i have one in one day.. hopefully i can break that soon.. just won 3k in the 500k sunday warmup.. one of these days im gonna win one

My first live tourney cash. 74 players I made about 500 bucks.
I'm having my buy-in receipt bronzed as we speak.

I once won a hug from a beautiful lady player due to value-betting the hell out of a K-high.

I generally don't play high stakes so the payouts are as large as some of the other players who commented. In Dec I took 1st in a RAZZ tournament cashed $96 then Took 1st in a NLHM tournament in Feb cashed out $52

I am a novice, but I had a great payout on Poker stars. $30 buy in flopped quad tens on the river against 2nd places straight. won $1800

$1 9 player SNG on PokerStars...
