What gives at Carbon??

Today I went to Carbon Poker, a site I regularly play at, and TRIED to make a deposit---but it wouldn't let me! After I filled in all the required information, a screen pops up and says--'unable to process due to banking regulations'?? I've never had a problem at PS or UB making a deposit, so why at Carbon?? AND, ever since they installed the up-dates the site has run just horrably! Can anybody tell me what's up there??

im not sure what is going on but i have also had these problems???
