Virtual City/Golden Tiger -- any feedback?

I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience playing (for real money) at either one of these sites? They have a decent sign-up bonus, but I've never really heard of them and they seem rather small. . . .

The who and the what now? Seriously, I would strongly advise sticking to sites that are well known. How many threads have we seen where someone tries out the juicy bonus of some new, unknown, only to find down the road that they can't get their money out?
