i dont believe that its possible, sorry.

Fulltilt has a forum to help people meet who can change BR money from 1 site to another. you give your money to a player who has funds on the site you need to get money on and they give you money on the other agreed site. Fultilt forum explains this in detail.
The only sites that I know that you can direct transfer on are Ultimate Bet to/from Absolute Poker, they are linked
