Problems at Full Tilt

Has anyone else got problems logging into Full Tilt? I've been trying for the last 24 hours and keep getting the message "can't connect to server". There was a software update yesterday which I downloaded and since then nada!

Is it just me?

nope still nothing, will try again later and contact them if not successful. I only opened an account a few weeks ago, perhaps I should have stuck with Ladbrokes!

For the past three days I have been getting a "Trying Again" notice when I try to log in and then after about 20 seconds I get another message telling me "can't locate server." I have uninstalled and reloaded the software twice, still no luck.

I have even tried to log on with my wife's computer and still I get the same messages. I have sent a request to customer service, but have received no reply.

Looking at the net, it seems like most people can still log on just fine. Any guesses as to what is causing this issue?

FT's server sucks. All high traffic times a full of disconnects, freezes and server interrupts.

Go to FT's forum and get the tech address (which is about all they're good for). They respond pretty quick.

also, you can go to FT.com and download the software, then reinstall from that package.

Thanks for the advise. I agree FT is getting worse all the time, but I am still committed as long as they have my winnings at their site. Maybe this is their new way to make money.......kick out anybody that has a balance and they can't retrieve it.
