Okay, so for a number of reasons I'm going to change my account name in the near future. Thing is, I don't know if this is permitted by pokerstars; am I allowed to create a new account and transfer my whole money from my current account to the new one or would I get in trouble with pokerstars? I've looked around in their ToS and I can't find an answer, so if anyone could help me it'd be much appreciated.

In order to have a different name at PS, you will need to move from your registered address, change ISP's, change any and all banking information, acquire a new SS# along with a new identity, and you remember that sex change operation u been dreaming of?;)

I guess that could be arranged... =)

Okay, thanks for the replies, I think I'm stuck... unless I try to scam stars... I'll see about it later. Thanks again.

You know for a fact? I have two accounts. All I did was change my e-mail address. You may need to use another computer or server to open the account.

Depends on why you want to change your username. My buddy used his name as his username. ex: John Smith used JSmith. He called BD support and asked to have it changed so his boss (who plays a lot) wouldn't catch on, and because he didn't like using his real name. They told him they don't normally allow it, but they would 1 time. So, depending on your situation, they may allow it if you call/email and ask.

It's really not that hard to open a second account. Get to a different computer, open the account, and then you can play on it from anywhere. However, you may have trouble transferring funds from one account to another depending on the amount you plan to transfer.

I would recommend seeing what support has to say on the matter.
