Poker pokerstars update

Is anyone having trouble with the new pokerstars update? I can't get the update to run.

what update are you refering to?

You may have to uninstall it and download it again. Sometimes that will help. The updated version shows the pokerstars skin in black instead of tan.

I epdated fine, but now pokerstars is having problems i think.

since i was playing 6 tables of 6 max, then simultaneously at least people on oeach table got disconnected and an announement popped up saying people may be disconnected while router problems are fixed, a bit later a message appeared saying everything is now fine basically. But now my pokerstars is running really slow and laggy

I try to open pokerstars about an hour ago and it told me there was an update but it would not run. I already got the new black lobby update. It said it was a 2 stage update. Maybe thier system is having problems.

I had to leave fer 20 minutes yesterday after winning almost 50 dollers n sit n go's at pokerstars , so i log off , when i returned i had to update the new version so i did after 12 hours of losing on the river i will never ever play on the same day as when i have to update the new version , an the weed has nothing to do with it I was robbed with the new version , my story n i'm sticking to it

I'm not having any trouble with the program .... As a mater of fact I love it it is awesome I'm not sure if I'm just living in the dark ages or not but this is the first time i have ever experienced the replay feature...... that is phenominal..... I love how it is replayed for you in real time allowing you to experience the entire hand exactly as it was played out, alowing you to analyze everything from the cards played to the time between each bet. Awesome feature.

it updated for me yesterday, but it took a long time for it to actually start. it said it was installing the update, but the progress bar sat there for a while.i imagine uninstalling and reinstalling is best option though if your still havin trouble

The most recent update seems to have affected people differently. Some report no problems, others have had to uninstall and dl again.

Mine downloaded OK, but when I switched back to the original lobby colors, it reset all my preferences to the defaults and I had to redo all of them.

Yea I've had no problems with the new update, running Win XP. Glad I havent had any problems because I've been playing on PS a lot lately. It did reset all my prefs which sucked, but oh well.
