Fulltilt cashouts

I saw a thread here about ft cashouts,but since this is newer news,I made this thread.
I requested a cashout about 10 days ago and was approved in 2 days.Ive been watching my mail for the check,and today I got this email explaining what it happening;quote,

Unfortunately due to an issue with one of our 3rd party poker processors, the transaction(s) has not been processed. Your withdrawal amount will be returned to your Full Tilt Poker account within the next 24 hours.

Also due to the current difficulties with check processing, we have temporarily suspended checks as a withdrawal option. If you wish to make a withdrawal at this time please choose an alternative option from the Cashier.

In appreciation of your patience in this matter, we will be crediting your Full Tilt Poker account with $25 within the next 24 hours.

Please accept our apologies for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you for your understanding

Well this really bites,but I cant complain about 25 dollars tho,so now I need another method to cashout at fulltilt...

wow...25 bucks for an error on their end...good deal! however if you need the money than it also kinda blows....

It sucks you didn't get your money you asked as a withdrawal but at least they gave you $25 for their error. Just make sure you don't loose your money, GL in whatever you decide to do.

Oh,I need the cash,so I wont be playin with it.I requested a bank wire,and see how this goes.It says 10-15 days for that,we shall see.
Has anyone recieved a fulltilt check recently?

I've always used the withdraw to a bank account option (I have a seperate account for Poker). Usually if I make that request at the beginning of the week, I'll have it in the bank by the end of the week at the latest. I've never had any issues with that route, yet. :P

Nice to hear that if there are issues they take ownership of them and try to make amends.

Got same email and $25. Check was approved on Oct.30th and received email today.

Nice to have $25 extra, but now have to find other way to withdraw. Oh well, at least they tacked a little cash on.

If you read my first post completely,you would know that fulltilt suspended cashout by check,temporarily for everyone.If that what you meant by trying again. I would rather have it sent directly into my bank account really,if its cost efficient.

It's very efficient having it sent directly into your bank account, that's usually how I do it.

Definitely nice on their part to pony up $25 for the inconvenience though.

I requested a bank wire on the 27th of October and I've still gotten nothing. Perhaps they are having trouble with withdrawals in this area too?

Wow so you cannot get checks anymore? Was that a temp. thing or has the check option been totally banned?

As of today,11-22-10,I still have not recieved the payout I requested from fulltilt via bank transfer on 11-12-10.Has anyone else ran into this problem lately?

Have you contacted your bank to make sure everything has been set up properly? If so, send another ( I assume you have already sent at least one) email to FT to inquire if everything is set up properly on their end, and if so inquire as to what is taking so long.

my roommate just tried to withdraw his funds via bankwire..

he got an email from FTP saying that they are having problems with their payment processors at the moment and gave him $50 as an inconveniance.


so it looks like all withdrawal options are F'd right now

I don't think it is Full Tilt's fault, It is our damn government and banks.

As of today,11-26-10,I still have not recieved my cashout at Fulltilt.I emailed them about it twice, with no answer.I will email them every friday,until something happens.I just sent them another email today.
I will keep this thread updated,to let everyone know how its goin.

At the end of Oct, I tried to cash out via check, but was told that the option was not available. No $25 though, because my request for check never went through.

Thats pretty nice you got 25 extra bucks to play with on there, but yeah from what I have read nobody has been able to get a check from FT lately.

My check was approved last month then funds returned to my account along with $25 3 weeks later. They told me to use a different method to withdraw so I chose e-checks(which I have used before with no problem). This method was approved 11/16. They still have over a week, but other post are kinda scaring me a little. The thing is the only reason I am withdrawing is to help with Christmas presents. So even if the do credit my account with an extra $50 it really doesn't help if I can't get it out! Anyway I will post again after I receive my $ or a denial email hopefully the former.

Still only 10 business days. They do state 10-15. Not that I wouldn't sweat it( I am too), but all hope is not lost yet.

I believe that the government is the culprit here. I've heard that folks who were using ewallet are also experiencing difficulty with their accounts. Hopefully the poker sites will figure out another way to sent cash-outs fairly soon. It appears that having your cashout directly deposited to you bank account works best at this time.

That's not necessarily true. I'm not sure I would have a w/d directly deposited into my bank account at this time. There have been some people that had their bank accounts closed by their bank because of deposits like this to their accounts.

I tried to withdraw on October 26th, got rejected and my money returned on the 15th. Cashed out immediately afterwards and still haven't gotten it.

i hv cashed out twice but used echeck method and i hv tried to cash out recently. if ur having problems cashing out try echeck str8 to ur bank account. it looks like its getting alot harder to get ur money now soon these sites may be closed who knows.

I have cashed out a few times with echecks and had no problem with my bank so far. I would think if they denied sending me a check and told me to find another method then this would be the way to do it. If not, why wouldn't they just deny my withdraw as soon as I request it? If they end up doing this again I will be livid and they better throw me an extra $50! I'll just wait and see though before I trip out.

I sure hope my bank doesnt close my account,because of this deposit,if it goes through.I live in a very small town,and use a small time bank.I would guess my bank would issue me a warning before closing my account hopefully.
Either way,I will not be making any deposits,until this problem gets cleared up.

Is this only affecting USA residence?

Didn't mean to necessaly incite a panic. I think these have been larger banks and large transaction amounts.

I'm sure it's the larger amounts that are "being watched". The U.S. is starting to feel like a police state. 60's anyone?

Had the same experience here about 2 weeks ago...I'm not hard up for the cash so have just been waiting to see what falls out before trying another withdrawal.

Well,I was expecting this to be wired for the past 3 weeks or so,It looks like it might happen next week, now it seems.They are going to put 50bux in my account for my waiting tho.I really just hope they get it done at this point.
