| Even fishies get lucky Playing $1+.25 9-player turbo SnG on Full Tilt. Chip leader after about a dozen hands smells fishy. I pull him up on sharkscope: -37% ROI over 1500 hands... fish jumping in the bowl. I go back to my tourney and he catches trips on 4 hands in a row against me... I'm out. Grrrrrr...... even though they are fish, they can still win the donkaments. |

| re: Even fishies get lucky poker I have to agree with above. FT's tourney structures aren't that great, especially compared to what else is out there. I just switched over to Pokerstars, and am showing a profit in STT. The dollar games are all I play right now, but the 10 minute blinds and the pretty weak play at these levels give me a much greater advantage. Compair that with FT's dollar tourneys which are turbos and have blinds at 3 minutes, not much room for good play - definitely more luck involved. |
