Clearing Bonus Money

I'm looking for some advice on the best way to clear bonus dollars. At AB I need to make x amount of points, I think it's 30 points per 5 dollars. The problem is that I prefer sit and go's and at the $6+1, 9 seat tables that earns 1 point per game. At this rate I only have to play a few hundred games to earn the matching $50 from my oringinal $50 dollar deposit.

There must be a better way..........

Thinking about trying Ultimatebet, tips on which games to clear bonuses will be appreciated.

Ring games are about the only way to amass enough points to clear bonuses. You have to play a level high enough to generate the points fast enough, too. I have found that $1/$2 is about the minimum level for me playing several hours a day.

If you play hi-low split games, they are an excellent way to clear bonus playing limit with less risk.

Re: Hi/lo games, Should I assume you mean ring games and stake levels like PigPen advised. Also about how many hours at those stake would it take to rack up 500 pts at Absolute Poker? (As if time is an issue right now....down with a badly busted foot)

As for the $6.00+1 SnG's I've been doing pretty well. Just won one a few minutes ago. So far I've played 15 and only bubled out twice, the rest cashed. Almost makes earning the bonus money not worth the hassel but I could sure use every cent.

I'm not sure about absolute poker but at Poker Stars I cleared (15FPP needed per dollar or about 750 FPP) my bonus playing $1/$2 Limit Omaha hi-low mostly in under a week.

Apart from sometimes being rather costly chasing the bonus try to find a really loose ring table and play tight as possible, thus allowing the others looseness to rack up the points for you

just one question can you turn your points here on fulltilt into dollars?
