Cleared my first deposit bonus PokerStars, where is my second?

I cleared my first deposit bonus @ pokerstars but I've made 2 deposits since then. I thought there was also a second deposit bonus. Did I have to enter a code to get that? I don't see the "check bonus status" any more. Can I still get it if I didn't enter the code? I don't really want to add more money to my account but I'd like to be earning my bonus points.

Also I want to thank all here for suggestions and helping my play because I'm playing better now. I have ran my account from a low of $20 to $57 today before clearing my bonus thus now I have $81 on my goal to $100. $100 is actually life time break even for me. My starting on the reload was $50.
