Bracelets, Rings, and Championship Belts: WSOP Online in U.S. Holding Three Series at Once

3 min read

WSOP Online in the United States is about to go full-throttle, offering three different series with millions and millions in prize pool guarantees. The online site is triple-dipping the next two months, giving players in Nevada, Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania the chance at some hardware and serious cash– and it all starts this weekend.

Bracelet events

The first of 30 WSOP Online bracelet events begins Saturday, May 31, with the $400 kick-off, and ends with the $500 “summer saver” event on July 15. In between are a pile of events that any poker junkie lucky enough to be in one of the four states that are members of the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA) that Pennsylvania just joined.

Buy-ins range from $250 to the $5,300 high-rollers, of which the final tables will be played live in at the Horseshoe in Las Vegas. Note: All events with buy-ins of $2,500 or more will be decided in Las Vegas.

The $1.5 million guarantee offered for the $1,000 Mystery Bounty event on July 6, is the largest, but there are four other events that carry a promise of $1 million, with two more — including a Pot Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty event on July 3 — with guarantees of $500,000.

Also, don’t forget about the $215 scramble on June 29, where at least 25 people will punch their tickets to the Main Event.

Here’s the schedule:

Circuit MEGA Series dominates June

WSOP Online’s Circuit MEGA Series fills June with a chance to win a WSOP ring nearly every day of the month. The 24-event series runs from June 1 to 24. Yep, that means a Circuit MEGA event will be held every one of those days.

Buy-ins are $100, $215, $320, $500, $525, $1,000, and $2,000, and each tournament has a prize pool guarantee worth at least $100,000.

Some good value will be found in the $100 buy-in $200,000 guaranteed events on June 8 and 15, and the $525 buy-in on June 22, that carries a series-high guarantee of $500,000.

WSOP Online Championships

And as that’s not enough, WSOP Online is also holding a massive Online Championship series from June 1 to July 13. The site will pack in at least 172 events during that time. Buy-ins start at $20 and go all the way up to $1,000.

And yes, all the events carry guarantees that start at $7,500 and go all the way to $300,000 for the $500 Main Event that takes place July 13. The winner of that event also receives a Championship prize fight belt.

On that same day is the $50 Mini-Main Event that carries a $50,000 guarantee, which is excellent for that buy-in. A “player appreciation” event with the same buy-in and guarantee takes place July 15.

And each Sunday during this series (and, I’m going to guess, will throughout the year), are the $215 Sunday Majors, all which carry a $150,000 prize pool promise.

Satellites to get in all the events in these series will be run, and all the winners get an entry into the $1 million Tournament of Champions freeroll next year. Check out the poker client or this page for more details.
