I've always felt this was standard practice online, but didn't know it was also done live. Do people sitting at the table have to constantly be calling clock? Or is it more like, think 10-15 seconds before deciding? I don't play much live tournament poker (not many of them in Japan).
here here. i always stall when near the bubble. it is perfectly legit.Stalling is something that is there for you to use. I have seen and done it my self when the bubble is close and you are low on chips. I can see where on a cash table it would be annoying but you can just get up and move to another one. I don't see it as a big deal in a Trny.
