I think you just need to remember the erroneous actions and immediately write down that you can't do this and in the future it will be easier to play in the same situations, you will know that you can't do this because you recorded and put a record next to it and do it until you stop making this mistake

from what you said, you know the mistakes, so try to improve gradually, without trying to change everything at once.
good luck.

Whenever I am eliminated from a tournament/SnG I always play that hand again in my head so that I can decide: did I really do a great call/shove/bet or was it a mistake? Sometimes it's annoying to see how bad I played a hand but should help on the long run.
Usually I learn from them, though not always as quickly as I would.

Hello, Rumengh! By my opinion, this isn't only your problems... I think, a lot of players are repeating the same mistakes... So created Human!
Again, by my private opinion, only own personal work above self cah to Help, but may be and not to help... Something like that! And Good Luck, of course!

I try to learn from them. I use the replayer on Stars to analse my hands after the tournament and then i try to make things better next time...But sometimes it is so hard, because of u think u got the perfect spot and when u check it again u see there was a mistake in your game.... ;)
