Prefer it. Looser ranges by many. Dont have to go deep to cash. Will likely play. Im 4 of 6 in my SM attempts so far with no deep runs. Highest was a bounty where I cashed and collected $250 in bounties for about $450 if my memory serves.

I think KO is more fun, plus as stated in the thread people tend to play loser and take more chances.

KO is one of the few new things that I think online poker sites have done correctly the last years.

Can we know get KO Cash Games? (Just kidding - but i would be amusing to see a nit have to leave the table after loosing an all-in - and to pay extra for it.)
