so I was playing a live tournament the other day at the casino and we were heads up blinds were 10k/20K

I have a lot of history with this player been playing with him for years,

I am B.B. with J4s and he’s sb, I raise 25K he re raises to 70k, I call. Flop is J T 5 I bet 55k he shoves. Now as I said we have a lot of history and he’s a loose aggressive player

The prises were £700 2nd 1st £1500

What would you have done in this position I’ll rell you what I did after a few have comments

Depends on your gut feeling did opponent give away any tells
Could be bluffing or raising A10 ect even loose aggressive players get monster hands too though
Would depend on stack size in relation to pot better spot could be found but maybe you win tough one.

As mentioned above, the size of your stack is very important. Do you still have room for maneuver, or will you stay with a very small stack in case of folding. Perhaps you simply do not have a choice.

Hmm its a good question,he is in pozition and he raised you, flop is J105,you raise he shove but he is loose agresive player,he can shove with KQ,Q9,89,AJ,KJ,QJ,so i maybe fold and go for better spots, you beat A10,A5,and go 50:50 with KQ,Q9,98,you dont have a good kicker no matter if he is loose agressive he dont go all in with some marginal hand, and maybe he have over pair ,and he raised you pre flop,i think fold.....

He could be shoving with quite a lot you can beta at that stage. Straight draws, A/k/q T

I'd be leaning towards a call if you have history of him pushing with draws or bullying if he puts you on A K/Q or low pair
