I was assuming this was live instead of online, otherwise why would it matter if the person was on your left or your right or across the table? At any rate, posters have already commented on online solutions. If it is live you need to seriously asses how you deal with these situations in life in general in my opinion. Manners, politically correct actions and speech, and general politeness seem to be on a sharp decline over the last several years. If some random person's insults is having such a profound effect on you mentally and physiologically I think you should put some effort in to understand why and how to deal with those feelings and those situations. This will help you at the poker table and a million other places in life. In the mean time just tell the person politely to stop being a jerk and if you need backup call the floor at the casino and explain the situation to them. If the floor is also not bringing a satisfactory resolution then ask for a table change. Sitting there stewing in your own rage to the point that it hurts your game / decisions / money is the nut low. At least take a walk / bathroom break and calm down. At any rate, good luck.
