I try to temporarily reduce the number of tournaments played or the average buy-in during downstream periods in order to try to play a few sessions on a weaker field with increased concentration and regain my confidence. A short break in the game for a couple of days also helps me - I use it to rest and spend those days on analysis of mistakes or just theory. I think the most important thing is to learn not to freak out when moving, unfortunately, I have not yet developed this skill to perfection, but I would like to.

I suggest reading "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler and Barry Carter.
Follow the instructions given in this book, and it will go a long way toward stabilising your mental attitude.

Don't just read it -- do the exercises in the book.

There is a second book too -- but I can't comment because I haven't read it yet.

Tilt helps me understand that I've started making negative decisions. This is a signal to start analyzing the game in order to determine the moment when errors began in the game, what needs to be changed and what needs to be paid attention to first.

You need to understand that tilt is part of poker.

The only way to overcome a tilt crash is to win a few hands again. Then you feel nice again.   ;)

its mental discipline.. its like when a sports player gets ejected during a fight costing screwing his team over with their exit because they couldn't keep their cool.

Poker requires you to keep composure.. how do you do it? Practice, training, and more practice the biggest factor is being aware of your problem and working on it.. also learning when to step away for a little bit to cool off from the table

The solution for me is to stop drinking while playing poker!

What you wrote sounds good.
When you hit the tilt it is worth taking some big air and even sitting out for a while.

You need to be patient. As you progress in learning and practicing the game, you will gain experience and play more calmly without undue stress. Tilt is very common in poker.

Self-discipline is 51 percent of poker. If you learn to contain your emotions, you will always be in the black.
