Hello,
This is my first post here, and I am looking forward to your answers.
My situation: I usually play small tournaments( max buy-in $11) and always I play good through all the tournament and when i get maybe 10 or 20 places away from money I start to lose concentration, I call with every hand, do some really bad moves and usually I don't even get to money. However, when I have a lot of chips then I'm not worried, since I can fold almost every hand...
I need to have more confidence and focus, but i don't know how :confused:

You can just sit out if you have more than 55 BB. Depending on my table's tenancies I like to do the reverse of how the table is playing. I use the bubble was a great way to steal blinds and antes raising with anything K( suited or better from late position.

I was thinking about drinking a few shots before starting to play, so i could relax. I will try it for the next freeroll and see how it goes :D

Don't panic too much when the blinds go up

Thats not a good idea. Even if you are a practiced drinker and can function well with alcohol, its scientifically proven to cause poorer judgement.

The trick to not choking in the bubble is to play stakes where the money is good but not so much that it affects your play

Forget the money, it's not what how many are left to fall and the bubble, no matter how many you have to deal with ITM, just play, prevail against opponents, steal blinds, defend them if you've been eaten so close to letting the money will take you down now !! I just look at the middle stack, I'm in the middle of the media and I have a stack, I'm not afraid to pay it all, remember, or push all of the button. As the times that are missing in your game is a bit of guts.
