I invest in poker only my personal time. I have never made a deposit and am not going to do it yet. Maybe I can never make money from poker. But this is my choice.
Many people constantly invest money - it is on them that the entire poker industry rests. But many of them will never say how much they have already spent and that they finally began to earn a profit.

Deposited $500 at first to give it a try and ended up losing it all in cash games. It was a good learning experience and I have done more studying and going to start at the bottom with $100.00 in .01/.02 and become a winning player there before I move up.

I saw all these videos and read about being a LAG, but I think a TAG style is better for me until I understand more about the game.

It has happen to me too,i did my first deposit,i didnt play with the money fist month,so i play freerolls and satellites off winter series and i gain a litle bit so i get confidence and start playing cash and i lost it all in one night on a tild, now im studiying the game before i reload my acount.

I won an online freeroll tourny. I made several thousand. Then I spent it playing live. It took 3 years and 5 grand til I started breaking even.

Overall, I'd say I'm probably down about $350 over the last two months. I've been playing online both on ignition and Betonline and doing mostly cash games and zone poker at low stakes .25/.50 and less. I used to play pokerstars and full tilt many years ago and just got back into poker again. My live winnings at the casino and with friends have offset my online losses and for some reason I do much better live.

To be honest, the first time I bet $ 20 .. and I was sure that luck would smile at me .. that I would defeat everyone ... but alas, my happiness turned out to be ghostly lost right there ... did not show due patience ... and this is important the quality .. it used to go up to hundreds of dollars .. and then again I lost everything ... like that .. I don’t know maybe in live poker the game goes a little differently
