How hard is the 10¢ Sit and Go Poker888 game?
Hi everybody!
Playing for almost 3 weeks and I started grinding 1¢ tournaments at Poker888. These sit and go's are really easy to play and then I receive a 10¢ ticket for a step 2 or 10¢ sit and go. But I want to know, if more people experience that this 10¢ sit and go harder is to play then when you join a tournament with 50¢. People are playing so tight and passive, that 1 game is almost 1 hour. Hope people can tell me more about their experience!

Honestly i have never played 1¢ SNGs
But i see no difference between 1¢ & 10¢ or even 40¢ (i don't know where did you found 50¢ SNGs on 888, probably miswritten). So i wouldn't mind much about level of poker will be higher on those limits, it won't. Until you reach $3 or even $5 games. And even there i see a lot of fish still. However more important thing is that you have to stick consistently to a bankroll management. This is essential. You could read many articles about that yourself, but in short words: not paying SNG limits with buy-ins higher than 3% of your bankroll is a good way to go. Of course you may differ it to conservative BR management 2% or more aggressive 4-5%, so that it fits more to you. But i wouldn't pay more than that. Simply because no matter how good you play, we still have a variance in poker. And even if you are beating some limit like a beast for several days, it can happen that you get unlucky days again and loose a lot. That's why BR management is so essential for every serious poker player, who don't want go broke. And remember always checking this after you lost some games, if your bankroll is getting too low, you shall back to lower limit, until you have enough money to afford your come back on those you played before.

What is the practical meaning of playing such tournaments? Your winnings will be a maximum of a couple of $ for the whole evening of the game ... And this is not a good science, because Most players do not understand the strategy of the game at all, play for good luck.
