Sure. I am always happy, when I reach the final table, and if I go out on something, which is clearly just a cooler, everything is good. In the long run we will also be the player, who wake up with AA on the final table, when someone else has AQ, and then maybe that is the time, we reach top 3

You are the smaller at the table, you have no much options, depending on the prize and the villain image, what reads you have of him, you can fold and try to wait other opportunity, but with these stack you will be massacred by the blinds if wait much.

It's prefer to goes all in than call an allin, but an AQ are in the most of players range in this situation, I usually like to go allin with QQ+ from theses positions against some players with low stack, because the majority will call, and a part will fold many flops, in case of a simple raise preflop.

There is nothing to do in this situation. This is a situation where with A, Q if you have to preflop all-in, the stacks and the size of the pot are very close to each other so it could not have been a deep race but I think turbo or hyper-turbo. There, any Ace hand counts as a premium.
It was a good game, next time you will have more luck.
