I accidentally minimize my window while clicking fold ( I thought). Turns out call was in the spot fold was moments ago lol. BB has A10 flops an ace and I'm donzo. Anybody else ever misclick for their tournament life online or am I the only bonehead?

It has happened to me sometimes, a friend recommended me a long time ago assign keyboard keys to use it (I don't know if this can still be done) but I don't feel comfortable with that

yeah it happens - and most often when it is all-in 😂

but ok actually sometimes it goes your way - i outdraw a pocket pair of aces onces with 10-3 or something and elevating me to final table 😂

Happens to me more often than I even like to think about, You just have to hope it's not in a spot where you can lose a lot of cash or chips in a tourney. It is just online poker for you and stuff happens. I wouldn't' beat myself up about it if i was you just take more time with future operations. Mistakes happen, were all not perfect and make them from time to time, just hope that it is not in a big spot for big money or tournament results.

if you have never made a mistake in online tournaments, then we can safely say that you have never really played!!

Some times, it mostly happens when I play at multiple tables and when I'm tired.

I think it happens to me about once a day, usually when a table pops open on top of another table.

I do not know )) was a very funny incident when I wanted to click on the fold and pressed the bet and gave 4,60$ at my$ 18 and it was a lot)) tin at all, so funny__) Then I dropped ))

I haven't misclicked too often but a few times I didn't see a preflop raise to my right.

Too many times to count by misclicking. Once I was in the 250k tournament at pokerstars. and that mistake happened. That why I only like to play 2 tables at a time.

My worst misclick was in a cash game, and I did not even notice it, until I reviewed my session, because I was multi tabling with my tables stacked in top of each other. When the session was over, I looked in PT4 and was like "why I am down this much, and what is this hand, where I lost a whole 100BB stack with 66???"

I then looked at the hand, and it turned out, I had defended my BB with 66, the flop came TT2 or something similar. I had checked, and Villain checked back. Turn was a 9 or something, I had checked again, and now the Villain had gone all in for 15 times the pot. Which I had accidentally called and paid off his TX, that flopped trips and decided to play it in this rather bizarre way. Arrrrrghhhh!!!!

Happened many times. Now I try to keep the mouse outside the clicking area and only at the very time of betting move the mouse over the bytton and click.

Happens all the time, specially when the window pops up and i'm in the lobby or something else.

The opponent made a re-raise on the river. I thought about his hand for a long time and decided to fold. But my eyes began to close from fatigue, and I made a call pressing not there. I lost, but the opponent's cards guessed right.

Happens to me all the time. I blame it on my trackpad. I have the sensitivity cranked up. It's funny watching how animated and careful I am sometimes moving the pointer when I'm at an important part of a game and I REALLY don't want to mis-click.

Loads of times! Most recent one worked out for me. Final table of 180 SnG. Called with 57o checked all the way to the river, hit a 7, bet 1/3 of the pot, one guy called with 55.

done it to many times to count usually happens when I'm playing multiple games with the tables stacked and click the wrong one

Yep same same for me hahha and over the years it has happened more times than I would like to admit

We all have, especially when playing more than one tournament. I've made jokes playing live however when someone looks like they accidentally bet or check, I say whoops! Missclick! Gets a good laugh .

I think everybody already had a few misclicks.
For me it usually happens when I'm playing two tournaments at once and one tournament pops up, when I want to act in the other one. So I do my action in the wrong tournament.

There are small errors in every tournament. no one canceled the degree of risk at some times...

I've done this many times. Or with multi-tables switching between them I would sometimes mis-click on wrong bet amount of call when should raise. I try to just stick to one table at a time now and I am now waiting for my turn so the buttons are there and not aim for something that then turns into a wrong button choice. Yeah, it hurts when you make a call or something you never meant to do and it just destroys your game.

You are not the only one who makes mistakes by not evaluating the situation in the game or by purely technically pressing the wrong button. For example, in the mobile version, often when playing on two tables, you can accidentally click an action for the wrong table, as they can often switch

All the time especially with hot keys and you're in a rush.

So many times. It happened again a few days ago, I was trying to click on a YouTube video just as action folded to me. The window popped up in front of the web browser and my mouse just so happened to be right where the "call" button was.

Hate when this happens.

It is possibly the biggest reason that I won't play big money tournaments or tables.

I found that cascading my open tables in a way that they don't overlap helps. Then I just maximize a screen for a table that I need to pay some attention to.

Sometimes it happens to me. There is no game without errors. But you need to be careful and not rush.

I have misclicked a couple of times. Same scenario as yours, tourney window popped up as I was on another website and I clicked the call button instead of fold while I was clicking on the other webpage.

Went to click raise (while typing) and accidently shoved all-in on river with nothing and got called and busted, worse one i had so far

No more typing during multi table.. lol

Yes and it called an all in, I posted that very question about a month ago. I am now very careful clicking buttons.

Yep I did it because I was clicking on another table, I shoved all in with 45o I was very lucky to flop 455

without error in any way

Three weeks ago I was playing the 2.2 micro triple threat on Stars and was chatting with a friend I had 9'4 off and thought I clicked on fold then got back to chat to share an image with my friend I click Enter and Game pops up and I click accidently on ALL IN guy had KK lol

I'm sure I've done it more than few times but the only one I can remember I won the hand and it helped me get into the money big time. I would have never called with it.

I have done it pretty regular, I usually sit towards the tv and turn to see the computer and use my mouse. I sometimes fold so many times in a row i get used not not moving my curser. Then when I catch nice cards....ooops

I usually misclick while I'm playing multiple tables on my phone, since a table pops up exactly when I need to act... It has happened a few times, and that's why I avoid playing multiple tables for good... i can manually change the option so it doesn't pop up, but it takes a while to get used to it, and if I'm not paying attention I might have my hand folded for running out of time...

Best way to avoid this in my opinion is to tile your poker table windows instead of having them on top of each other. This helps you not have to hit moving targets when trying to click the fold button. One of the better moves I have made was buy a large monitor, wasn't too expensive and now all my tables I play are clearly visible during all times.

Yes unfortunately I have done it a couple times. And the best part is sometimes it worked out for the better.

I have mis-clicked more often than I would like in tournaments. I hit call instead of raise or fold, or I hit fold instead of raise or call.

I have also missed clicking, i.e. got distracted, heard my warning beep, noticed I have AA only to find that I could not act fast enough: my hand was folded for me.
