With this stack size it is not advisable to keep calling 3-bet, so the best move would be to fold or 4-bet all in to try to expel the opponent from the hand or else he calls and you see a scenario that is winning.

4-betting all-in will rarely be a bluff among regulars and amateurs, but among professionals it is used for both bluffing and value in the hand.

With a 35bb stack size you can play comfortably, and you can try many moves or hands. Except if you are at level in the game where the other players have such stacks too.
