Wow, you have your priorities a little mixed up.
You raise AK in one hand and go all-in with AQos?
With the first HH regarding AK, you were right to fold to a laggy spewtard because any pair had you beat on the flop.
As for this hand, a call would have been fine to see a flop then c-bet the flop about 1/2 to 3/4 pot, this way there would have been 3 overs on the board to the PP and your bet would have possibly pushed villian off his hand.
I believe this way of playing allows fold equity.
Looking at villians PT stats tell me you could have easily pushed villian off his hand on the flop.

shine - RESULTS ORIENTED ALARM NEEENEERNEEENEER. ;)

This looks pretty standard to me - villain's CO raising range should be pretty wide, we have fold equity if we shove (well, given that villain called with 33 maybe we don't - but we have to assume we do at the time with the information provided) and our stack is a little too big for a stop and go and too small to justify calling and hoping to hit a flop.

Hmmm yes i can see what you mean about my priorities with AK and AQ. I seem to have more trouble in general playing against loose players than tight.
