Standard rebuy action. What were you expecting to see? AA vs KK vs QQ or something? This is the last level before break so the shorter stacks will gamble big time since they'd rather start the 2nd hour with as big a stack as possible and the mid stacks will gamble to get bigger. From that stack sizes it doesn't look like any of these players have been very active, this close to the break it would be 'normal' for someone to be close to 10K in chips.
