damn it.. I was so excited i did not even think he hit a flush on the river..and i`m out of the tourney... what would you guys have done instead.. Was i wrong to slow play? was i just unlucky? if i have noticed the 3rd heart on the river i would have just called his raise instead of reraised him.. but i dont know where my concentration was!

This post was in no way influenced by the hand as I hit "reply" located above OP.
I didn't even look at the hand as you gave enough info at the intro that I can tell you this.
Never slowplay a hand when there are drawing possibilities.
I'll edit once I read the hand.:)

edit: My previous comments stand with the addition of you should have raised more preflop.

You definitely should have bet / raised, never (almost) slowplay a hand...

He probably would've folded though :\

I dont know, I have no problem checking a rainbow flop when you hit trips, I certainly throw in a raise on the turn though. If he is in a complete bluff you arent getting more chips out of him anyway. the 10 opens up straight possibilities as well that its good to just end it there. Obviously dont reraise there at the end which you know, not only does 2 hearts beat you but so does KJ a very possible hand.

1. Raise pre flop

2. As played, you can check that flop

3. As played, you need to raise the turn, for 2 reasons, to gain value from draws and also to bloat the pot so that you can put in a proper river value bet

4. Called behind on river, many possible hands that beat you and i dont think the odds are with you enough that you gain more from another queen compared to what you lose to straights and flushes

That seems way too eager to get the chips in with just trips... a boat and flush both have you in terrible shape.

I would
check flop, raise turn big (build up pot, price out draws), and just call on river with plain trips (it's unlikely that much other than a flush or boat will call here, and it's unlikely he has worse trips).
