the raise preflop is standard, the only mistake u really made here was not pushing the flop, MP3 would have a hard time calling with a flush draw if u had pushed

preflop there isn't much you can do unless you are at a super aggressive table and EP and know you'll be able to check raise. You should have shoved on the flop tho i would say. You could be pretty sure the SB was going to shove so he probably isn't beating you, but you could have made it a hard call for the guy holding a flush draw.

However, I've seen ppl shove 50$ in cash games to call somebody's all in on nothing more than a 7 high flush draw...so he might have called anyways. So you got a bit unlucky...

I'd agree with pantin. After SB shoves, when you call I think you leave MP3 too close to proper odds to chase if in fact he does have a flush draw. Shove the flop and then complain about suckouts when MP3 calls anyways. That's what I do :)

As for preflop, unless you've got a read on the table, there's not much else to do.
