This is exactly what you want to have happen when you have KK (except for the 3 outter hitting). Long run you'll win 7-8 outta 10 of these.

Yea a 3 way all in is actually really good since there is a good chance you will be up against AQ and AK or something, and so they'd only have 2 outs. I'd never fold KK first hand of an MTT preflop.
