I'm folding preflop too. Going all in preflop is bad and I think calling is even worse.

Stats on the other players would help but I'm almost always folding this pre. As played, all in on the flop.

As a beginner I don't understand why "as played" this is a shove post-flop... is it to bluff that you've hit a set as in the SB you're more likely to have a 6?

If yes, doesn't calling the pre-flop raiser remove this from our range?

We don't have any fold equity... > getting it in is never as a bluff here (first player has committed nearly half their stack, c-betting near 'pot', SB has check-raised allin. We KNOW the first player (MP2) is always calling. There is sooo much in the middle (including when MP2 calls off their remaining chips) that with the NFD (nutflush draw) & the odds we're getting, & likely equity we have vs. both villain's ranges, we have to get it in.

Agreed with everything PO said.

And for the as played part , means if you call preflop with ATs (wich we all think is a fold preflop) what are you hoping to hit? This is probably one of the best flops you can hope for.

Many thanks for this - I was getting confused with shoving before MP2 had acted, shoving after the check-raise makes a lot of sense - especially with your helpful explanation. Thanks.
