Saturday night I played a home game with the blinds are $.05/$.10. One of my buddies raised the pot to $.40 and it came to my action and I looked at my cards and SCORE! Ladies in the hole. I re-raise him $.75 more and he goes another $3.00. Another buddy of mine goes all in for less than $3.00 and I debate, trying to get a read off the guy that re-raised me. I figured he had Kings or Aces already and I folded (and showed him my fold.) He was holding onto AK and I would've been in the lead on the flop, but he caught a K on the turn. I'm wondering if I would've been able to bet him off seeing the turn..

Possibly. I don`t know the guy, but if he missed flop and u had pushed all in he might have folded.

However, was there a side pot?

Also, at the time u did not know he was holding AK so even if he had missed the flop, put in another bet, he might have been pot committed anyway.

I think this is one of those hand where its easy after the even to analize it.
