i dont even know what to think. this is the stupidest crap ive ever seen. i knew that if he had raised, he didnt hit this flop, and he either had a higher PP, but i didnt think he had a higer PP, but apparently raising with 10-5s is now a smart thing to do and i was completely wrong.

not sure why he raised, two spades or maybe 5-10 is good for him like lucky numbers, my daughter and i have had conversations about 5-10 lol we are both conflicted with these two cards, that and AA are the only two sets of cards i have issues with lol, anyways am curious to know why you went allin? when you knew he something :)

pretty much just out of frustration.

to rob: bc if he was still CALLING and not raising me at the turn, then i have a hard time believing that he had a higher pp than J's.

I don't really understand what you are saying, but you have to remember you went all the way to the end with this hand with a pair of 7's. There's no point berating the play of others, look at how you played it. If you blanked out his hole cards, and took your time to think about it, you'd realise you were behind most of the likely holdings here based on the action (bigger PP or a Jack).

i played it off of the feeling that he did not hit the jack nor had a higher PP than i did. i did not even think about the 5s because of the fact that he raised preflop UTG. if he had quad 5s, then so be it.

I think you've been unlucky there.
Him has had a great flop matching his crap hand (maybe really 10 5 suited is one of his favourite "crap" hand, such as 6 8 suited is mine), he did a deceptional raise i think, and sometimes it work.
But maybe i'll have folded the all-in bet.

So someone that raises prflop can't have a big PP? I don't understand when people say I didn't think he had such and such a hand or I thought he had such and such. Really? Do you have some secret card peeking software or do you have ESP.

It's good to put a person on a range of hands based on prior play but to say you don't think they have a certain hand can get pretty costly in the long run. I can't tell you how many times I've been called by botton pair when I had an over pair and the person said something like "I put you on AK".

How ofted do you think 77 uninproved is going to take down a pot with this much action? Sure it happens but not often enough to risk all your chips on I don't think.
