Why raise to only 2BB with QQ ? QQ are very vulnerable so you need to raise more to drive hands out and narrow your opponents' range. The flop was draw heavy and your raise didn't give you any additional information on villain's range. He could very well be drawing to a straight/flush, but if you raise him you will be pot committed. A call isn't a great option either since the river can bring a lot more scare cards than cards that help you. The best option here is a fold.

Mini Raise because the phase os tournament... fold its not a option, Raise is still the best option I think

also raise bigger pre. you want to get some value for QQ and get rid of garbage Hands that Play well on a board like that.

He could be doing this with an airball bluff or trying to set his own price with a draw or a marginal made hand, and we still have an overpair, which is a pretty darn good hand. But if we raise, we will mostly get action from hands, that beat us. So cant fold here, cant raise, only option left is to call. What we do on the river then depend on the card and his actions. I can definitely see getting away on some bad river cards, if he go for a jam putting our tournament live at risk.
