Even in a regular tourney I'm probably shoving this. MP minraise could be anything, 3-bet could be a handful of pairs, and the cold call could also be garbage. I push here all day.

You have one player left after you and you don't want to go against 3 players with QQ so calling is a bad play here. I agree with Chuck, shove. There's enough in the pot that taking it down right now is OK but I doubt that will happen. Expect to get called by 10-10 type hands as well as A-J and the like.
