First of all you cant really call, when its for more than 1/3 of the effective stack. You need to either overjam and force the players in the blinds to put in all their chips or get out of the way. And its close. With just 4,2BB UTG+1 should be pretty wide, and if the players in the blinds fold, there is a decent overlay in the pot. But its also on the bubble, which might mean, UTG+1 might have a tighter range, and its a pretty big disaster, if you get action from SB and lose to him. You have 6 more hands to play, before you need to pay the blinds again, and you have a relatively solid 13BB stack, which should allow you to fold into the money, if no good spots appear. And because of this bubble pressure I think, the best play is to fold and hope, someone else walks into the line of fire.
