Against a player with no info (he played only 3 hands at this table) but seeing that he played all his hands until now (all 3 of them) do you think a call is ok?

I folded since I have the BB to my left....

Even if he might be on a wide range due to him playing all hands, I would not want to risk half of my stack with A9s. So I'd fold here too.

3 hands is not a big sample, and even if someone is very loose, they might have considerably higher standards for open jamming for 17BB. Without info I would assume a lot of small to medium pocket pairs in his range, and also some AX, that might have your kicker dominated. If he open shove 3-4 times in the next orbit, I will start to give him action wider, but if its the first time, he does this, folding is fine.
