1st hand fold, second hand call would be how I would play it. Not loving the second spot but you should have the right equity to call

The AJ hand is a very easy fold given the action and stack depths. The AK hand is obviously closer but still a clear fold in my opinion. MP+1 has a wide gap between VPIP and PFR, so he is definitely doing a lot of calling preflop. But here he made an oversized 3-bet jam for 33BB over a 2.5BB raise. Why would he do that with hands like AJ or KQ? What this mostly looks like is "I have JJ, and I hate them, so please fold". And then to make matters worse BB has called for all his chips with no fold equity. BB is a tight player, and he should also know, that MP+1 is unlikely to be doing this with nonsense. So he probably have a real premium most of the time.

At the end of the day calling all-in is a pure math decision, so even though I dont think, this is all that close, lets pull out Equilab and assign them some ranges. As for MP+1 I will give him 88-JJ, AK, AQs to represent the kind of "I have a strong hand, but I hate to see a flop with it, so please fold" kind of hand, I think is most likely here. And as for BB I will only give him QQ+, AKs. If these are the ranges, you only have 23,4% equity, which is clearly far from enough, since you are by no means getting a good price here. Then we can try to widen BBs range to see, what that does. If BB has 99+, AK, AQs, then your equity goes up 27,1%. But this is still not enough, and I think, this range for BB is far to wide.
