I'd agree it isn't the best idea to flip with tens when you have 35bb left.

If CO had made a proper raise, I would just call. But he only min-raised, which is completely silly over a limp, since the limper is ever going to fold, and usually the blinds will come along as well. So CO is clearly a bad player (or he failed to pay attention), and he does not look strong at all. Moreover if you just call, you are also allowing a ton of people into the pot, and TT is way to strong to play it solely as a setmine. So I would 3-bet this to 1.800 to isolate CO and then go from there.

You do just call though, and now UTG limp-jam. Sometimes people will limp-jam with a small to medium pair. But that is mostly, when they are no longer getting a price to setmine. Like if CO had made it 1.500 instead of a min-raise. Then I could see UTG do this with his pocket 5´s or whatever. But here he just had to stick in another 300 chips to see a flop. So why would a player, who see lots of flops, and is very passive preflop, suddenly want to play for all the chips right on the bubble? The only realistic answer to me is, he has some kind of monster hand. So as played I fold and live to fight another day.

We preplan our decisions
Can we set mine? 15-1 to set mine is standard odds we need 45bb we have 37 but we are also on the bubble---- If we do not want to set mine do we want to go 3 ways here with just position and a weak redraw if we are behind already? Is TT a good three way hand?
If we flat what do we do if the UTG leads a low board flop and CO calls?-----What do we do if CO leads on a low board with UTG still live?

What are we doing if---
If the board has 2 overs? If the board is Axx? If the board is highly connected monotone not favoring us or 3 to a straight 456 567 743 etc ?
Do we attack boards with one over card or just call down?
How much of our stack do we risk if all we have is 1 pair by the river and the V keep betting?

When we call and UTG calls the pot will be 11.8 bb we have 35bb a half pot bet on flop puts stack pressure on us on turn how difficult a spot will we be in on turn on any non T card?

Thinking about the above questions how would you rank- folding- calling - small 3 bet as options preflop?

As played your HUD stats makes this a fold- We can not be certain of V's range when they are this weak- It does not mean this is only AA but we are on the bubble and the shove cripples us

3 betting this spot helps clarify our V's ranges we want to take control of this spot early
