I ussualy play my monster draws way to aggresive(some might say reckless) and it haves been losing me chips sometimes(obvs. alot of the times i get vilian to fold) so i figured i whould change it up a litle and try to play it slow.
This is preatty early in a 45turbo but i still have some reads and notes on vilians.
Here are my thoughts and read..............

sindri_93: bets 600 Lets try to steal it

Assuming that stealing was the correct thing to do, is 600 (half of a $1200 pot) enough of a bet to do so against two players? I don't really like the steal move in this situation when you can see the river for free if you check (other two have already checked) and you're already in danger of losing to a boat on the turn (T9s, pocket 9's, pocket 2's or the improbable TT) even if you do hit one of your straight/flush outs.

Since they bouth checked and i had not seen them check-raise at any point i whas farly sure the didint have a 10,with out the 10(or a set for a FH) its extremly hard to call even thou i only bet half the pot.
Also if i just check behind and miss the river i will lose some value of hand.
But yes u have a good point, pot sized bet whould have been better

I concur.

You said you were trying to slow down your draws, but this is a great flop... you are either ahead or even money on the flop so you need to play this hecka fast.:D

No one have any thoughts if i should bluff or check the river?

man just play that superfast on the flop, you have a ton of equity
So u say i should´nt worry about the times if gotten burned by this kind of hands and keep fast playing it? Ok thanks for the addvice.
Heres an example on how i usually play hands like this:
full tilt poker Game #6178959342: $5 + $0.50 Sit & Go (47031916), Table 1 - 25/50 - No Limit Hold'em - 0:06:23 ET - 2008/04/26

Difference is that the first post you have overs that give a 6 outs (maybe, you can probably discount 2 since if a Q or a J hits it may complete another draw).

First ex is a huge draw, overcards and straight flush to a min bettor and caller, last to act so you can still slow down if you want. Second one is a fourbet with a weak flush draw/gutshot where someones already put half their chips in on what could be a set. Hardly compares.

I know it is hardly the same(lot less out obvs) but i really didint fell like going through 4-5k hands and find one just like this one so i just picked the first one that whas in any way similer :) .

Jammy whammy flop & avoid complicated river decision.

As played on the river, if we fold, we're left with a decent M, so no reason to get frisky IMO.

I don't see any problem with playing the flop ultra aggressive here. You probably have 21 outs (9 for flush, 6 to pair Q or J, and 6 for straight) so you'd have to get unlucky to miss (as you did). You flopped the biggest draw possible with 2 overcards and OESFD.

If you are going to get aggressive get aggressive on the flop, not on the turn after you miss. If you feel that playing strong draws too aggressive has got you into trouble, then check the turn.

Because when the hands aren't converted it's sooooo much harder to read.

Actually it is much harder to read an unconverted hand vs. converted hand. If it wasn't then I don't think anyone would bother making converters, or requesting hands to be converted.

But I'm sure if your day to day life consists of doing nothing but looking over hands posted on CC then it would become much easier and you wouldn't care if they were converted or not.

Drink a beer and relax mate.

Also, if you think my life is looking over HA in CC... just check out how many posts I have and the time I joined. Not exactly overwhelming, is it? I enjoy the time I spend here... and the people that do spend all on the site all day I generally know and like. HINT: they usually go by the name of "moderator", so if your last comment was meant at as a slap to someone I will pass it along. Cheers.:D

Sorry, hijack over.
