do i give people too much respect or what???? early position raise, so I reraise, guy behind me goes allin right away, and first better does an instacall.....was I wrong to fold my KK, I thought for sure the way the betting went that one of em' had aces for sure!!! I mean its a $100 tourny and i expect better players i guess. It allways seemed like most everyone played well the last few times i played it. I'm goin' crazy with this one though...wait till I post some more hands from this thing, lol.

Maybe, only AA an 8 or a 3 could have beaten you. With the all in call after the flop, it was possible either player had AA or even an 8 kicker. I would have taken the chance and call. The odds were in your favor considering only an 8, 3 or pocket aces could have beaten you.

Without any major reads on opponents I only fold KK preflop in a situation in which I'd be folding AA preflop (i.e. satellite bubble, multiple short stacks all in etc.). You come across donks pulling moves like this with any mid-high pair and AK more often than you run into AA.

$100 Entry? You must lose an absolute fortune!

Are you saying your 2 opponents were wrong to raise and call with QQ and JJ respectively? Why would a "better" player have been dealt AA? Better players dont get better cards than other players, they just play them tighter and stronger.

The all-in call was PRE flop. He folded KK (2nd best possible starting hand) pre-flop.

The call with JJ after a reraise and a rereraise was horrible.

LMMFAO! BAHHHH!!!!!! HAAAAAAA..... The most honest post I have ever read in my life

Now having said that if you truely believe one of your opponents has aces you must fold KK it just so happens you were wrong this time. We al make mistakes and it was still early so don't beat yourself up too bad. Poker is a game of interpreting the available information to the best of your ability you processed the info and decided your opponent has aces, you erred on the side of caution which is a good thing in most situations.

You made the right play. People have to remember we aren't phsycics or mind readers. If we could see into the future, we would know which hands to fold and wich hands to go all-in with. Any decision one makes in Poker without knowing the results is good no matter the out come. Yes you could have made a better decision but then again what if the flop came out QQJ?

No fortune telling for anybody.. Just because the "Nuts" came out and you folded your hand. You couldn't fortell the future so you made a good decision.

If you call preflop knowing you have the best hand, you don´t have to care if you lose with a bad beat. You cannot be scared of going all in with KK if you know you´re the favourite.

The real problem here is that he didn´t know he was the favourite, and he had some good reasons to think that. Without having any reads on the players, assuming that the level of play of a $100 buy in is decent, i would respect the early position raise-all in call. Probably i wouldn´t care about the one that went all in, because i would put him on a hand like AK or medium-high pair. That all in reraise meant that he had a good hand but he didn´t want to see the flop. Obviously a worst hand than KK. But that the guy who called the all in would scare me. I would put the AA in a good position of the range of what hands could he have.
Thought decision, but i must say that probably i would have called because in a situation like that my inexperience wouldn´t let me make such a laydown, and because the pot was so nice that if i won it i could then play more comfortable poker.
